I am getting the pre race information on Ducati Island, COTA apps, schedules. Any one else going, or am I on my own, in Turn 12, with Houston Ducati Owners group???
OK! I thought this thread was going to die on the vine! I have the Art Car Ball here tonight and we will be loaded early, and coming in hopefully by lunch Saturday!! I am at the Big Green House, south Congress at Live Oak. Sit in the big sculpture, and look for the Pininfarina Spider......leave a note on the door or grab a bite at Lucy's Chicken!!! UT pretty upset by the coed murder this week. First death on campus, since the sniper.......
Just got back from the homebuilt show (and flat track racing) down on 5th. Now enjoying a tasty bourbon. Will be at the track early tomorrow, bouncing back and forth from turn 19 to the rv lot by turn 7. Look for the silver mp4 sidled up to a camper.
Great racing! It was completely last minute and my gf and I opted for scalping up a few GA tickets. They were all out of GA's so we ended up with MG's that were less than the price of walk up GAs. Not bad, not optimal, since most of the action was up in T1.
Turn 1 was a killer this weekend. Never really wanted to sit there before (usually in either T19 or the stands) but I'm going to rethink that for next time.
