I wanted to congratulate Nicky Hayden on winning his first WSBK race. It has been 10 long years. And its been a long time for any American to win any international motorsport race. So nice to hear the American anthem during the ceremony.

I have followed Nicky Hayden since his first days as a Suzuki rider in AMA. Straight to Honda Motogp from America. Won in 2006 beating Vale. But have respected his professionalism in motorsports for handling himself with first class. Even through the whole Pedorosa/Puig "Crybaby" season and the 800 cc failure.

    Congrats again Nicky!

Without weather sadly I think a podium would be considered a win on the underdog Honda. Hopefully the rumors of a new V4 from Honda are true and next year he and van der Mark can have machines worthy of their talents.
