They want comfort style and air conditioned seats, and a name plate. They might drive 70mph a couple times, but these cars have grown up (a fact I hate) because their potential owners have. I agree that the car is suited to the demographics that brought them to the dance. I'm 53 years old. What I wanted 30 years ago sure isn't what I want today in a new car. It's important to remember....as much debate as there is....that, at the end of the day....while not an old beater with issues....it's still a pretty nice ride.
