I have a black black 1979 Porsche 930 turbo with 48k original miles that I will be selling shortly. I have every receipt from day one as well as the signed bills of sale from the 2 previous owners. Only non stock items are the exhaust (B&B) and the turbo (K27) Im having the interior re-done with the correct German leather as we speak. Synchs just recently replaced. My question is what would be a fair asking price........Ive looked on Hagerty and the prices are through the moon. What do you guys think? thx
no accidents only pic i have as of now.....the interior is being redone 9309800256 Image Unavailable, Please Login
Well as you are asking, if you only bought it October you could ask for what you paid for it as well as any money that you put into it to improve it, plus maybe a small 5% on top to cover your effort? How does that sound?
Looks like the car Dick Barbour had for sale. IIRC it had some engine modifications (exhaust/intercooler) and a non-original interior/stereo. If you're looking for maximum ROI then all of this would need to be corrected, as well as having the wheels refinished and the european headlights/tail light lenses returned back to original.
correct it was th DB car the seats were recurs but I recd the original seats to the car.......they are being refinished as we speak so that the interior will be back to original. Exhaust is B&B and intercooler is a K27......stereo is also going back to original. I think Ill leave the lenses and wheels to the potential new owner.
