When did Porsche stop putting manual transmissions in Twin Turbos?

Apparently, Twin Turbos are only available today with the PDK transmission, no sticks anymore. When did this start? I know the PDK came out in 2009 (because I had a Cayman with one), but when did Porsche drop the manual for Twin Turbo cars? Was it 2010? 2012?

Thanks, I know now how to narrow the hunt. I think long-term.
