    The rally is travelling between Viseu and Estoril today. I will visit the lunchtime stop in
    Arganil - at the old Ceramica. I think they stay for an hour or so.
    I will wear my new CSR Polo shirt !! & make sure the car is clean!!

    Anyone else near Arganil district today?

    There is also the Rampa de Monte Alto after lunch as part of the rally

    This Parc Fermé at Arganil remained closed to spectators, how does a Rally ever hope to attract a younger group of competitors in the future if these young people are not allowed any where near the cars? There were many Marshals to check that no cars were touched
    But.....Desculpe mas isso e nao permitido.

    Ok, but the thirty teenage kids that came out of a nearby school could look at a nice
    red car parked next to Parc Fermé and ask as many questions they wanted :)
