Deposit should be refundable until your order is actually submitted when your dealer is told they have a slot and your order is next. In your case, probably not until late spring early summer for fall delivery.

Mclaren apparently just learned the Ferrari business model. They should have used it from the beginning. As a "bottom feeder" ( I'll buy a car at the bottom of its depreciation curve) a car like this would scare the crap out of me. The complexity and thus maintenance costs will be staggering. Hats off to those that can buy a new one, sell it when the warranty runs out and not worry about depreciation.

Yep their events look incredible. They sent out an email a while back asking what events you'd be interested in so I pretty much checked all the boxes just to see what's up. The locations, routes, arrangements, etc are all top notch so hopefully I'll be able to find the time (and money ) to do one of these some day. The drive in western Canada looks particularly good.
I love the way I get treated at McLaren (like a valued customer), instead of dissed at Ferrari. As soon as my CS is sold..... I'm switching.
Well I must add, they are making the delivery date on my birthday and I got an invite to go to the Antarctic to go ice driving 233 miles In a 720s I've owned lots of cars from many different classes They know what there doing! Cheers to Mclaren!
Mines home from Xpel getting SEMA show prep done. All paint stealth for now. All CF gloss. Windows dark. 6 weeks to stem cell transplant at Johns Hopkins. Better use it Rained on way home, too lazy/feel bad to wash. Looks great in sun even dirty. Metallic pops. They almost forgot putting badge back on. Thanks Scott. 720 takes mind off all. No room, data processing to drive fast leaves no brain free for bs. Easy to drive, but goes so hard with such minimal effort you inhale things. I’ve had and driven lots of stupid fast cars. This thing is giggle factory. Lol. Buy one if you can.
I received my 720S yesterday. I totally concur with Sfumato - it's just an absolutely awesome car. I love everything about it. The cockpit is just so beautifully done. Even the electronics are awesome in this car! It can be fast and nimble one minute and yet super comfortable on harsh road surfaces the next. It's just so incredibly well resolved. It's hard to believe THIS is the follow-up to the 650S. I really liked 650S but 720S is just in a whole different league. Well done McLaren! Image Unavailable, Please Login
@Sfumato is your 720S at SEMA ? Saw one that looks identical with XPEL Stealth applied. I just put up my deposit for a 720S, December build date with arrival late January or early February. I'm crazy excited!
