Thanks PAP. I need to make my way down to your amazing country again. It’s been a few years since my last visit. Cheers friend.
Lovely Daytona!!!!! Sorry about frequent posts but this just in today. A watch I have wanted for a while and TagHeuer have just released this new version. I expect there are a few car guys here who will like this. Image Unavailable, Please Login
My dad's Longines. I don't think I've ever posted it here before. Given to him by my mom for their wedding, which makes this watch almost 50 years old! My dad never wears it, so gave it to me to care for. I rarely ever wear it, but do take it out occasionally. Still keeps decent time. It's 18k solid gold, and has an acrylic crystal, which I've polished with polywatch. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Very cool. You inspired me to pull out my father's Longines, given to him by my mother in December, 1962 as an engagement present. They were married from October, 1963 until he died in April, 2013 - they nearly made 50... I wear it very infrequently, but I enjoyed seeing it again this morning. Thanks for making me think of it. That's awesome! Your watch is beautiful, and what sentimental value. I'm sorry that your dad didn't make it to his 50th, but I'm sure you all had special memories of him. My parents were married in Dec 1967, so just a few more months until it is technically 50 years old.

Bought one week ago. A 1994 new old stock Eberhard Tazio Nuvolari chronograph. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
The bezel and caseback are engine turned. Eberhard is an old Swiss watchmaker, founded in 1887. This Eberhard pays tribute to Tazio Nuvolari, friend of Enzo and Scuderia Ferrari driver before (Alfa-Roméo) and after(Ferrari) ww2. Take a look at my thread dedicated to Ferrari watches for more informations about Eberhard : http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/threads/ferrari-watches-thread-from-vintage-chronographs-to-partnership-with-manufacturers.412638/ Image Unavailable, Please Login
