Service Schedules ...Anyone?

    Hello, Friends - New Owner of a Cali here. Just FYI, I do my own services on my cars as I own a few repair shops and we do service exotics and specialties such as lambos, Ferraris, porsches, and Masers (Have Tools and Computers).

    Can anyone please enlighten me on Cali services? I have a 2010 with 12K Miles.

    My local F Dealer is telling me major service at 12K including all fluids (trans included) and belts etc. I have never seen belts replaced at 12K intervals before but this is truly my first F car. Maybe he is trying to get me or maybe I am wrong on this but for $3590 - fluids/belts appear excessive.

    Anybody else done services at 12K?

    Last records I have are from 9K last year - oil change service.

    On my 2010 I just purchased last week the F dealership replaced the belts, engine mounts, fluids, full annual service, compression test, and New Power warranty check and it was at 14,000 miles.

    It wasn’t broken out (conveniently) so I just paid an overall price for the car of $113k and that included all of the service and warranty for one year.
