Joop, was the picture of the Drogo with s/n 3611 GT in the older thread you linked to taken at Zandvoort? If I recall correctly I saw it at Italia a Zandvoort in 2000 and judging by the picture it could well be the paddock of Zandvoort. Just curious...

That sounds a bit like it might be the Kinnerton Confectionary track day.........am I right? I've been to a few of those, but never managed to get a ride (probably don't buy enough chocolate!)

I don't actually know when it is this year, I used to go to Goodwood sprints and track days a lot (I was there when Chris Rea rolled out his replica Sharknose 1961 156/F1 and 250TRI/61 for the first time on a Kinnerton day in about 1994) but haven't managed to get there for a couple of years due to pressure of work. Still, I've got a lot of photos and video footage of Moss, Brooks, Piper, etc. to remind me, if I had time to watch it.

It's not true : the wreck is still at Garage Francorchamps in Belgium.

Jacques Swaters said himself recently that the wreck was still in Garage Francorchamps but, no pictures.
