    Dave - remember, the first 308 GT/4 cars were badged "Dino", NOT Ferrari.

    However, this car seems to have a 308 QV engine which, to my limited knowledge, was never badged a Dino.

    ....Road and Sports Racing Dinos also used 8 cylinder engines.

    Man am I ignorant. I know the GT4 did only use a V8 I think, but did any of the beautiful earlier 206/246 models use a V8?

    No. You're not ignorant at all. The 8 cylinder cars I'm referring to are the 248SP and 268SP Sports Prototype racing cars and not road cars.
