If the motor runs but nothing moves then the plastic drive tape is probably broken.
I installed a couple of those kits back in the 80s. I think I still have a set of instructions. Big money wasted IMO. t was just an add on. No mods.
You will need to pull the motor and separate it from the transmission.
Recently had the same issue and did the same thing. Checked fuel pressure and was in spec. Ran great.

You need to get a scan tool compatible with Ferrari and find out what the F1 error code is.
