+2 .... doesn't sound like bypass is open at WOT ..... if that is the case ... it should add around 11 RWHP on that dynojet, with an open bypass...
The instructions are meant to not 'adjust' the valve assembly itself .... because all adjustments and tolerances are set on a fixture. The fixture...

75F?? ...... this summer is getting out of control hot!!! I don't think I can take the 355 out ... :( ......... it only comes out between 65 & 70F...

Awesome! .... I like running the TCU-Sim in the bypass position .... gets rid of the P1448 and gives you a 'spare' thermocouple at the same time...
Interesting discussion .... good to hear the engine running was improved with the described MAF adjustments ..... ernie improved running a bit...
That is a good thickness :) .... the versions I bought many years ago were .375" ... far too thick and too visible from the side IMO ...... not to...
