Are those K&N filters coated with oil ? If so, this air filter oil might be reaching the MAFs and causing faulty readings.

Try lock & unlock 3 times quickly using the key fob then start the engine.
Same opinion here. Not worth the risk.
You might need to get an OBD extinsion cable that is small enough to fit in the OBD port.
