Black 360 w/shilds on a Flatbed on 360 going under Mopac twords I-35.
As some of you know, I was in Austin this weekend looking for a place to live. I saw some pretty impressive cars while I was out there! In the parking garage of the 555--430 Spider, Ford GT, Bentley GT, and Carrera GT! Parking garage of the Plaza--550 Maranello. Blue Gallardo downtown Friday night, Yellow Gallardo downtown Saturday morning. And best of all, Orange Diablo GT in Westlake on Friday afternoon! I think I can get used to this...
Silver Carrera GT northbound on 360 from Bee Cave. Driver looked suspiciously like, Doobie Brother, Jeff "Skunk" Baxter. Mark
saw and spoke with the owner of the Diablo GT today at whole foods. Good guy and very nice car...hate being that guy who comes up and says nice car but i had to with this one, to rare not to..sounds sooooooooooooo sweet btw....
um just realized who the owner of the GT is. Does anyone know how i can get intouch with him again. I honestly had no idea who he was and i just read up on him. Turns out we have a lot of similarities with our school/professional careers and i would really like to ask him a question or two. An email address or something would be greatly appreciated. I screwed up on this one, need to get some business cards lol...
I was going to ask you if you told him you were from the Houston area. Do you still have my phone number? Give me a call or shoot me a PM.
One of my friends dads got a blueish silver M6 convertible, i dont know the exact, he justed IMed me and told me a hour ago.
I actually dont remember if i told him i was from the houston area but i do know i told him i go to UT. Some times when i am in the presence of such a bad ass car i dont pay much attention to the owner lol. The whole time i was talking to him i was just trying to see the inside of it lol. Kind of rude but hey im a hard core car guy lol...
A friend of mine called me last night to tell me he spotted an F50 next to him at a gas station. I think he said it was on 183.
Hmmm.... I don't know of any F50s in Austin but I hope we do have one! I would ask you if your friend knows the difference between a F50 & a F40 but my friend with the F40 is out of town so I doubt it was his.
I know for a fact that there were some Ferraris out and about today. I spotted a 308. I'm always surprised that nobody else sees them. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
I didn't know we had one either, but he does know his cars. In fact, spotting this meant he was off of project gotham 4 for a while lol.
I was driving the GT4 from Houston to Fredericksburg today and came upon a yellow Daytona, a red 275GTB, and an old Alpha heading north on I-35. I can't remember which but either the Daytona or the 275 was from Chicago, it had a Continental Motors license plate frame. I talked to them for just a second. They apparently were running the Texas 1000. Snapped thess crappy pictures with my camera phone. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
I spotted a gorgeous white convertible Aston Martin this afternoon off of 360. I think it was a V8 Vantage Roadster but I'm not sure. I also spotted a red Viper on Davis Ln. Oh yeah, and just to make it official since this is the "Ferrari Spotters" thread, I looked out the window and spotted this... Image Unavailable, Please Login
I'm sure he doesn't want me saying his name on the Internet. Let's just say it belongs to a true Tifosi!
