Just a few from today. The last one, the pearl white was just stunning. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
It's an Alpha of some flavor. Not realy sure. Someone will chime in shortly and let us know I am sure.
I'm sure Gary will correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought I heard him say there we 32 registered Ferrari's today. Fantastic! I really didn't get a total count of the other marque's, but I know there were (3) Lancia's. I spent some time with those guys to try and get them to come to the Italian Concours this August in Des Moines. Park Place brought a Gallardo and a Spyker. That is a wild car! I think there were 6 Lambo's. Roy's GT-R took the trophy for the best Lamborghini. Maserati, as usual, was poorly represented. There were (4). A new '08 Gran Turismo, '87 Zagato Spyder, my 2002 GT Coupe, and TC. My GT Coupe won the trophy for Maserati! What a shock! Gordy Hyde got the trophy for Alfa Romeo with his Junior Z. Lanica award went to Bill Stebbins and his gorgeous 1936 Agusta. I'm not sure who won the Ferrari award. The first guy they called had already left, and by the time they got to the next highest vote getter, I was in the Maserati for the Victory Parade of winners. I forgot my camera, so we'll have to let others post the photo's! All in all, a great show! Kudo's to the FIAT club for a fine event! Mike '02 Maserati GT Coupe '83 Lamborghini Jalpa
Mr Pollack's platinum winning Dino GT won the Best of Ferrari award but he was not present so the award went to Ryan Snyder's well deserved 348 GTS, congratulations! Did anyone notice there were seven (7) Challenge Stradales present? Great going guys! Those CS have such a wonderful exhaust note.

Great pictures, great cars everyone... that Pearl white F430 spider and Black Carrera GT look awesome... also kuzi's F40 looks amazing. btw is that a white LM002 i see in the backround, got any pictures of the interior?
I stopped by my brother's new house on Mercer Island on my way back to Olympia, and he said "I was at Newcastle hitting balls and I saw 13 Ferraris go by." I said "I saw them too...at the XXX!" He was impressed...even though he isn't a car guy (and sadly my non-car guy brother has ridden in an Enzo, and I haven't!!! Although, I've driven a 599, and he hasn't . )
We're working on him. He loves my father's '64 Lotus Elan, so that's starting to transform him. I'm hoping that once he's done with the work on his new house and after he's moved in, I can get him to ditch his Volvo C70 convertible and get something evoking a little more passion. (I think I'm going to push him to a M3 Convertible, because he wants a drop top and four seats.) By the way, it was great to see all of you guys out there today. Hopefully y'all made it back before the rain. We got soaked coming back south. (Thanks to a quart or so of Speed Shine and some Spray On Wax, the Blu Medio paint is shining again!) Bartmondial and I were chatting on the way back how totally laid-back and nice all the F-car guys are. In all my years of collecting different cars, I've never found a greater group of owners -- a group who appreciates all the cars in the marque and treats all owners the same -- whether they have a 328 GTS like mine, a 430, F40, or a 275 GTS (which many of you guys didn't see, because they came late.) The whole Italian car group is really just fantastic! Oh, by the way -- my 328 is up to 83,300 miles. We'll see if I can hit 85,000 by the end of the summer.
Made it back just in time to beat the sprinkles. Good to see everyone again and great pics of the Barchetta Paul.
I made it back to Auburn before the rain hit too! In fact, I passed "Sir Mix-a-Lot" on Front Street heading towards the show in his new LP-640 as I was heading home. What an incredible looking car. Mike
By the way, I sent an email to Brian P. to let him know his Dino 246GT was again voted "Best Ferrari", but that he missed the trophy due to leaving early. He emailed me back to tell me he had to leave to go look at toilets at Lowes. (Naturally, I emailed back to tell him that since he already had a noble steed (the Dino), it makes perfect sense to have good throne for his castle! )
This is a cut and paste post from my post on another board, You can click this hyper link to see my photos publicly (without downloading), because I am not a Rossa member here. http://www.pnwriders.com/westside/70580-xxx-italian-car-show.html#post1105172 Without further ado...LAMBO Time! Diablo GTR!! Ferrari's, welcome to the show. They had so many unexpected Ferraris I heard them asking others to make room. Ferrari pretty much dominated this Fiat car show. F40 baby, my all time favorite super Ferrari (Thanks Kuzi for bringing her out). Have a warm spot for the F355 though. Two F360 Challenge Stradales, rumor has it nine showed up. This is the 1098R of the 360. F430 Spider Customized Ducati Mercedes McLaren SLR This is the shameful act of "ANG", Auto Neglect. I think this guy locked his keys inside...he wishes Don't know him. Porsche Carrera GT, 550 Barchetta, also a very unique front engine V12 Ferrari. 448 produced in 2001. Spyker By the way, who is this dude? Lambo Jan told me to say hi, but you were always busy.
Danny Z hosted the annual Dino breakfast club and then we drove in together so we all ended up parking in a row. Brian P.'s winning Dino is in the foreground while Mike W.'s winning Maserati is adjacent and behind us. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
The Black Diablo is a GT...not the GTR and the last photo of the dude is Roy...well the back of Roy anyways....LOL LOL Kevin
Wow, I really wish I could have made it after seeing all those pictures. 3 of my 5 most favorite cars were there. F40, 550 Barchetta (Red on Black) and a Carrera GT.
