    FL Certificate of destruction - that means the VIN is removed and there is no title - so only for parts or track use. I have read that Kentucky and Pa. DMV will take CODs but major hassle to get through inspection. It's a shame as the car looks in good shape (though electrical gremlins could be lurking)!

    On the "Mondial" I like how they switched the tire to make it look like SUPER FIRE RETARDANT VESUVIUS BRAND TIRES.. resistant to all flame on the rear driver side.

    Impact to fuel tank behind driver?
