    Here is 0337AL sister car Note inboard head lights, still double trimmed. wing windows squared edges. Back licence plate section modified, should have a recessed. Note rear glass. These pictures really capture how interesting and attractive these cars are. Better looking in person than photos sometimes.

    Either 0337AL or 0313EU needs a new home. I can not restore them both.

    I have consolidated select pics on FCHAT as both a library and to accommodate access to the Ferrari Historian and professional restoration personnel, if one is would be inclined to undertake the restoration of either of these two great one-off 50's Ferrari show cars, and need to ask questions in a public forum. Both are $300,000 + restorations. Not for the faint of heart. Pebble Beach candidates.

    The Vignales were out of the garage down from the rafters for photo shoots, I felt I should share the data. Any objections?

    They are both beatiful cars Tom. Vignale had an eye for exquisite detail work, as mentioned in one of your earlier posts, the rope work on the dash knobs and window cranks, etc. Just beautiful!

    No objections, Tom. Thanks for sharing the pix. But, jeez, Tom, beauty is definitely in the eye of the beholder! Another Vignale, 0359GT, (the second 250GT) was the opposite; it looked better in pix than in the flesh! Ah well, they're all neato.

    i called Ny Times Archives,
    Ny Auto Show Archives
    and the writer of numerous NY AUTO SHOW books and found nothing of a certain famous car from 1972.
