    Howdy y'all,

I have a 1980 308 GTS. I'm pulling the carb's to send them to Mike Pierce.

Each carb has four bolts. Three of them are super simple. The fourth one, the bolt on the drivers side, front, is in a diabolical location.

Does anyone have any tips to get it off?

    Hi
You need to take a 13mm wrench and cut it short to get some of the nuts off.

I was able to get all 4 carbs off with a regular 13mm wrench. This took some time with 1 flat turns & lots of wrench flippin but the real secret is............. the order in which u take the carbs off. As one comes off u can then reach anothers front nut.
    good luck

There's a production list somewhere on here IIRC. I believe about half of the cars built were carb'd.
