For $2500 I think it's worth it, the windshield alone cost about half that.

    But the windshield isn't included.

Looks like this is "I'm done parting this out, your turn to scrape the rest of the parts off." And if you need a rear clip or fender it is a heck of a deal.

And is that a Delorean wheel in the photo with the lower valence? This guy is some kind of gutton for punishment!

Part it! Too expensive to save IMO. But good price I'd say.

It may be a major project, but convert your traga top model to a berlinetta! Or it'd make a great hot rod, of course it'd cost more than a nice ready to roll one, but, man you won't find a GTB shell for less than that! I'd be on it if I lived anywhere near it or at least in the same country!

Boy if I could hang all that sheet metal in the barn!

And there are still tons of real rare and expensive bits they missed.

    Early dash vents...
    Ignition key/column lock $2K NLA WITH the key!!! ($4) :D :D :D
2 doors complete with glass and perimeter rails $2K
Windshield/moldings $1K easy. Hard to remove without breaking tho.

I'd drop the frame for weight savings and hoist the rest up to the rafters after throwing away the rest of the interior.

The whole body shell looks 'good'...poor car.... R.I.P.

Mark down that VIN, NNO, I don't think we will see this one again...

    Tail lights, $1K.

The main value is all the straight sheet metal that remains, IMO.

No kidding. If I had the time......snatch it up, fire up the sawzall, post a bunch of parts ads on Ebay / C-List ---- make a very tidy profit :)

I can't imagine anyone doing a full builder/resto on a 308 these days --- just can't make any sense out of it compared to what a complete car goes for. That's a shame, hate to see even a lowly 308 go bye-bye, though.......after all, it IS a Ferrari.

That's right, chassis 37313 is coming to my place.

Call me crazy, call me stupid; don't worry, I admit it, I probably am both. But I'm also passionate about this project, and it's not gonna be the first time I did something like this.

Of course, this will not be an immaculate and correct GTBi, and I might as well end up using many parts from Mondials or GT4s... sort of a "Frankenstein-Ferrari"... and it'll be a 7 or more years type of thing (my last project took me 11)... but I'll keep this one out of the crusher for sure.

I'm attaching pictures of the day it was picked-up from Lexington.

    Wish me luck!
