    Now that is a clean car!

    Good job with the detailing. It is stunningly shiny, for sure.

    I always liked the clear taillights on the SS model of the 348.
    That is a lot of car for the money nowadays. Congrats.

    I believe those are the standard seats for the SS model but I could easily be mistaken. Im sure the owner will chime in. I think the backs of the seats are made of carbon kevlar. The bottom side/leg bolster stick straight up and jambed me in the leg several times getting in and out of the car. OUCH!

    Thanks Everyone! I am so amped to be in the Ferrari "Familia".

    First let me say that Chris did a SUPERB JOB detailing my new ride. I had people coming up to me at the gas station last night thinking the car was new, as in 2008 model year new.

    After he got done with it I can understand why. HIGHLY recommend that if you need a car detailed you PM or call him and find a time to get it done. As he points out, he may not be the cheapest guy in town, just the BEST!!!

    Can only say you will be surprised even if you are pretty picky about your car's looks as I am. He surpassed expectations.

    As far as the seats go, they are indeed carbon kevlar, and came with the car as ordered, although some people opted to have the standard 348 seats put in the car when they ordered them back in 1993. They are very cool, but can create some mild cramping on long drives. But during "spirited" driving they keep you firmly planted, and to me they are worth having just because they are so unique.

    Look forward to meeting you guys in the MID ATL region now that I am back from CA permanently!

    Again, GO TO DETAILGUY to get your car looking the way ENZO intended it :)!

    The garage is the same when you were here. As soon as I get a pressure washer and TIME, I will be taking the crappy paint off the floor that the owner put on.

    Wont be at Summit this weekend with it. Not going to track it most likely, although I never say never. I do have my National SCCA license, but that is another story...giving it up so I bought this car.

    In any case, would love to catch up with all of you guys locally, except maybe WETPET - he scares me - KIDDING DUDE!!!

    Going to try to make the Rockville show vice the FoW day as most of the Ferrari folks will be at Summit, although I must admit, I actually do like Porsches and BMW's too, so it would be cool to see all of those guys as well.

    We'll see, but leaning toward Rockville.
