That is amazing. What a clever use for the nano. It even picked up a lot of engine and tire noise. I'm impressed with your car, your driving, and the use of this product.

Well done!! I'll have to try that trick myself!

    Love the video.
I also like the high tech camera mount.
I wonder if a simple piece of cellophane tape over the microphone opening would be enough to completely knock down the wind noise, but still leave the high frequency audio alone, albeit greatly attenuated.

I have a new nano, I'll try it and report back.
    Nice idea!

That is great, you must have had a very big smile on your face.

I am surprised there was not more camera "shake" - I bet we see ipod mounts soon....

I'll try that with a nano too someday.

That track session was nothing but slow rookies be careful not having one run into you next time while passing on the outside.

what you could do is mount a second nano somewhere inside the cabin or even the engine compartment, set both to record, beep the horn so you have an audio key to sync both audio tracks later, then away you go.

After you finish, use your best friend Final Cut, to sync the audio tracks and erase the one from the external camera.

    Easy! :)

Nice video, but it does not look like the other drivers were even pushing their cars, let alone racing.
