Can anybody tell me the proper tire torque / retorque spec for a 77 308? I've checked the manual...not there...tried the searches...not clear. Found one post that indicated 75 ft/pds but that seems light. Any help is appreciated...

72-75 ft lbs is about right multiply that by 5 per wheel bolt that's equals to 375 ft lbs at 75 lbs each.
believe me that wheel is not going anywhere.

thanks as always. If there's one thing I want to get right it is keeping the tires on the car!
