Cryptic, locked message under "Announcements" above^^^^: "It" arrives to F-Chat May 2, 2005..... Huh?
RobsWife is pregnant? I didn't even notice! or... is the stork making a delivery? Perhaps he's referring to the new shrubs and new lawn care that Verizon screwed up during the install.
It must be the date that F-chat goes public with the IPO. Don't original Rossa members get preference? I'll check the piggy bank to see how much I'm in for. Gotta get "IN" before the first 2 for 1 split starts the snowball rolling. It'll be great sitting around the old F-chat board room, years from now, remembering back when Carb failed to jump on the bandwagon with the rest of us!!!
It's Rob's court date for the charges brought against him in Cresson, Texas. 1 count of Public Indecency 1 count of Failure to Shave Legs The Fashion Police are having him brought up on charges later that week. Image Unavailable, Please Login
"It" is an upgraded Database Error webpage, with an integrated Tetris game to give us all something to do instead of clicking refreshrefreshrefreshrefresh like lab rats chasing food pellets.
Well, anything amiss with the database will bring up that same vB default Db error screen, although there can be 10,000 different reasons to cause it. Yesterday flavor was too many of y'all were browsing from work at once and we had to raise the max_connections setting. The one last Monday was the host admins messing up the backup and filling the drive up. For at least some good news the server itself and all other apps besides MySQL appear to be stable. No crashes of the actual server or even reboots so far. Most of the problems on the old server were just unexplained lock ups that would fail to restart. Load averages have also been < 0.5 during peak usage vs. 2-4 on the old server and that was with the Db on another server. Clearing up remaining MySQL and backup issues with the new host this week.
You frootloops are all wrong: Rob & Jennie are buying a golf cart for their suburban ranchette. Image Unavailable, Please Login
