Thanks Russ. I'm going to get the 16" wheels for street and track use and keep the metric wheels for concours (and the next owner if I ever sell it).

The painted bumper (IMHO) eliminates the break in color & body flow - but then, they saw that :) Painted or not, the Mondial is stunning!

Lost out on a set of t wheels. Looks like I'm going to be keeping the stock wheels a little longer.

Thanks for posting those Russ! That is awesome! Someday I would love to have the time, money, skill....and car....to do a restoration like that.

I think 348 wheels look nice on a Mondial if you are going for a slightly more aggressive look. They certainly look better on a Mondial than a 348!

    Hank,

Give me a run down of what your up to. You have touched on this before, but looking at these photos above, I may need clarification.

Hey, have you seen this photo yet:

What can I tell ya? - - I've put Rachel in for "tummy tuck, chin pull, eye restoration, toe nail beautifulcation - - - - and of course, a$$ hole restoration (a new muffler system).

I want to get a bunch of "t" owners together, who would like to have a Capristo Exhaust System (they are available for the 348 but not the Mondial t). One of our Fchat sponsors speaks with "Mr. Capristo" daily and I believe that if he can speak for enough of us "t" owners, he can get that Italian exhaust artist to address our specific needs. PM me with a ph# - - I'll call you - - - and we'll make this happen.

    Cheers, Hank

    Yes sir,

That is a pals 1969 Fiat Dino 2400. National Fiat Concours quality. He met up with a group of us F-chaters who attended a spring drive we had planned. Its a real gem.

Hey, nice thought on the exhaust system. I have a one of a kind (or it seems to be) Borla on mine. I guess Borla does not make them for the "t" any longer. Which of course means your Capristo thoughts would be that much more intriguing for other "t" owners. That is indeed a high quality exhaust choice.

Keep us up to date on the progress of your Rachel.
