    Picked mine up at the Geneva carshow, direct from the Koenigsegg stand (almost like buying the real thing!) Out of the 60 they had at the start of the show they had 5 left when i got there. Apparently some guy bought 25! This is the first batch available anywhere, but im sure it will be out in the shops soon. Its a great model and was worth the long long wait.

    Looks great! How much did you pay for it? I want one so baddd.

    What is the quality of the doors opening mechanism? Looks very good from your pics.

    They only had orange available but Autoart will be doing black and silver also. I paid over the odds 200 Euros! Its priced at £115 on Grandprixlegends web site which works out at about 125 Euros, so when its widely available i'll feel screwed but at the moment im happy!
    Quality wise its very very good, a heavy model with great detailing and the doors are very firm and close precisely. I would highly recommend it.

    Yeah i know, why do you think someone bought 25 of them? But i dont think hell be able to sell them at much of a mark up from 200 Euros.

    Hm, maybe he'll paint them a special livery and start a 1/18 pizza delivery fleet?

    Honestly, this one has three pros: 1. it is very well made, 2. it is quite affordable, and 3. with this doors, it's one of the most exotic Exotics ever. I once bought the 1/43 model from AutoArt (same orange color)...if this "big brother" is that well qualitywise, it's absolutely a must-have!

    And don't feel screwed when it will be available at a cheaper price. You bought it directly at Koenigsegg...this is special and will last.

    well its about damn time!

    pretty happy about this. i cant wait to get one. i've had a dedicated space in my display cabinet for over a year in anticipation of this one.

    I like it. Cool 1:18 model....it's just funny how the doors open....seems like it will transform into a robot...LOL

    Actually I know who bought the 25 models and none of them are supposed to end up on e-bay. Just one guy doing all his fellow collectors a BIG favor

    Looks great. I hope to have my hands on one soon. I do have the 1:43 scale CCX in black but i need the 1:18. Wonder why it took them so long to release it...

    Vendor told me making the doors work properly accounted for the delay.
