I had the opprotunity to see nearly EVERY iteration of F-40s produced, including 2 black and 3 yellow F-40s...remarkable difference in the flesh, from their "red brothers"

A swiss gent died in the alps in a blk one, and a blk one is on an old copy of Cavallino Magazine as I recall...

Japan is a very, very different society...do NOT confuse things which you clearly do not have experience and or understanding of/with, "sinister",

DO NOT FORGET-EVER-that the most highly decorated unit in the HISTORY of the United States Military IS(not was, but IS) the ALL Japanese 442nd - and it aint even close...
Western Union came to "the camps" 3 times a day-every camp-with KIAs and MIAs notices....they then returned to a country which had confiscated their homes...
Despite internment, NOT A SINGLE person of Japanese anticedence was ever arrested and or tried for espionage, subversion, or aiding and abetting/providing comfort and aid to the enemy...there were a number of EXECUTIONS of German and italian immagrants for just those offenses...These is a point to intensify the perspective of how idiotic your asinine comment is to any man who has served in the Armed services and seen combat in country.

Keep this on topic with cars, and not demonstrate how little you think prior to speaking.

Sakura Uehara? Was she the lady friend of Aoyama who made a few appearances on Aoyama's blog before the blog was taken offline (or off limits to "non-friends")?

I only pay attention to his cars when reading his blog.
Here is the story and it has a photo of Sakura Uehara:

I have nothing but love in my heart for all things Japanese and Japan. I gained a huge amount of respect and admiration after commuting there to work on and off for three years.

He really looks like the guy with the "game show" in Lost in Translation...ok, maybe not but as noted above, his collection--including a "black f40"--is nothing to laugh about :)

Wise words spoken. Always can spot the Gaijin in the room, and basically its a strict caste system there, you will get to truly know the experience of a cold shoulder. If your not known to have one, you can not associate with certain if not most of the Ferrari owners there, and just as almost about the same in Switzerland.

People in don't realize how privileged they are State side when a Ferrari owner politely is happy to chat about his F-car experience and ownership and possibly might let him or her sit in it or go for a ride in most cases.

If your not apart of the KNOWN Ferrari aristocracy in Japan or Switzerland, dont even think of talking let alone taking a look at the personal collection of F-cars that person has.

Even on a good day dressed in a suit and tie might not even grant you acceess to the local Ferrari dealership, by appointment only.

Looking at the F40 over the years in photos, and in person, it's remarkable how classically beautiful it is.

I have never spoken to or propositioned him, but he is regularly seen in the Ferrari paddock at F1 races..........

I could care less about his preferences, but I would love to have his access.....

Complete hogwash. Have spoken to plenty of Japanese and European car owners/collectors. Never a problem, always been invited to see their cars/collections. And this is before I got my own F-car.

What century are you living in?
