"Big Brother" Reminder/Alert

Those of you who are members of the FCA-PR will note an article on Page 11 of the June Newsletter. Apparently, I caused this warning to be issued. I innocently posted a thread here asking if anyone here was going on their April Ride 'n Drive (no one here did). I simply posted a link to the FCA-PR's public website where a copy of the flyer for the event was posted. Why they think that anyone with bad intent could find my little post, but not a page on their website viewable by anyone with an Internet connection is beyond me.

But the fact is that they made an excellent point that other "interested" parties both private and public, may be reading this forum with the intent of meeting up with our red Ferraris along our planned route. There is a lot of discussion about casual meetings for drives, breakfasts, etc. in this section. It might be a good idea to PM or email the exact locations and times for these in the future, rather than posting here. It's a really bad idea to post the route you plan to take, as has been done here on occasion, even after the fact, as it potentially spoils that route for future drives. Now, be safe and go have fun!
