Pics from Grand Prix of Britain viewing

Thanks to Laurie and Andy Sanborn, who hosted a private viewing of the GP of Britain in their incredibly cool new sports bar/restaurant - "The DRAFT", 67 S Main St, Concord, NH, just off of I-93. We had the entire 2nd floor lounge, with two giant couch areas facing banks of monitors (wanna watch 8 races/games simultaneously?) and another large couch area facing a giant projection screen. This was opening day for The Draft, so we were literally the FIRST customers to enjoy the tasty food and drinks. A couple of dozen members showed up, with Ferraris parked outside the front door, stopping traffic, including a Superamerica. The full story will be in Horse Tales, but here are some pics (and, yes, two of the very friendly waitresses are TWINS).

Cool pics. The first one really illustrates well just how much the V8 Ferraris have grown in size. The 360 dwarfs a 308.

Sorry you missed it to, Spenser. It was a great, casual time. Can't wait until the next viewing - maybe if you come and take some pics, I can spend more time actually watching the race!

Its hard to imagine how a new bar/restaurant could get any more attention from passers by on opening day than by having a slew of Ferraris parked out front!

Good stuff, looks like it was fun!
