512BBI CIS Test Pressure Values

I purchased a K-Jetronic Pressure Tester to in attempt to track a fuel related performance issue that I'm experiencing with my BBI. The problem seems to be in the left bank CIS.

I have found a couple of injectors on the left bank that are leaking after shutdown. I have attempted to clean them to no avail, so they need to be replaced. All the injectors are the updated brass type.

I have the test pressure set tapped to the center port (plunger) of the distributor and the ball valve side of the tester tapped into the banjo fitting from the WUR.

My readings are as follows:

Left Bank (Cold) Right bank (Cold)
Ball valve open : 31 psi 18 psi
" " closed: 69 psi 71 psi

Left Bank (Warm) Right bank (Warm)
ball valve open: 38 psi 31 psi
Rest Pressures: 41 psi 41 psi

From the test pressures above, my opinion is the WUR's are not providing very low warm control pressures. From what I have read on other applications, the WUR warm control pressures should be in the 46 psi range.

If anyone knows what the correct primary and cold/hot control pressures for the BBI, please advise.
Also, what effect does the cross over tube from the left and right WUR's have on test readings?

Thanks,
Dave
