Talking Michael's post race party. guess who's not invited

F1's retiring Chinese Grand Prix winner and new championship leader Michael Schumacher threw a huge party after his Shanghai win, according to Bild-Zeitung.

The popular German newspaper said Ferrari's 37-year-old star - albeit sticking to coca-cola - partied until six in the morning in the city's Marriott hotel.

The party was reportedly also attended by 2007 Ferrari driver Kimi Raikkonen, Schumacher's current team-mate Felipe Massa, Renault rival Giancarlo Fisichella and personal press officer Sabine Kehm.

Predictably, championship rival Fernando Alonso was not spotted.

I would bet he was invited, just decided not to attend . I would not attend a party held by opposing counsel either when I had two more trials scheduled in the next few weeks. Plus, Alonso is a young single millionaire who was likely with his girlfriend rather than at a party with a bunch of old farts

If FA finds out Kimi and Fisi were partying with MS he is going to crash his car into the Renault fuel rig during the first pit stop. So we better keep it quite!

I'm surprised Fernando didn't blame Renault for losing his invitation.

First time I ever heard of Micheal partying, usually he hops back on a plane and goes home to his family.

A couple of years back Michael and his brother Ralph partied so much they destroyed a hotel room to the tune of over $10k as I recall...

Maybe it was all Kimi's idea to start showing Felipe and Ferrari what next year will be like.

That is funny :-)

I am also shocked that Kimi was still up partying since he had a few hours head
start from the other drivers that finished the race :-)

I think Fisi should have thought twice before going. If I were Flavor Flav i'd have a problem with that.

Good, let him go. I'd rather party with the "old farts" anyways. More broads too . Plus they are not just Millionaire's....they are MULTI millionaires. Makes for a better party

Alonso is such a suck and is digging himself such a hole. I hope he goes to join "Bubba JPM" in Nascar...
