That license plate cover belonged to a friend who has passed, so no, but those cost like $3 on eBay I think. (i.e. you don't have to become a lifetime member to get one). Now I'm sure if you put one on and they find out you are not a lifetime member ... you'll be at the top of some sort of list! :-)

Just curious, meant it jokingly. I would never go for one of those ebay ones. Ready to join about a year and a half ago but, apparently I am not old enough. They'll have to wait a couple of years for my support.

Have you looked on ebay? I couldn't find anything related to 11-99. And for $3? Doubt it.

And sure, you don't have to be a member to get one. You can steal them too.

And correct, you don't have the wallet or registration holder that comes along with being a lifetime member. I'd feel pretty stupid if I got pulled over and it came up that I really wasn't a member.
