Johnny Dents
About two months ago I go out to the garage and notice that the car cover on my Z is ripped in the driver side rear quarter panel. I don't think much about it until I pull the car out and notice that whatever ripped the cover had also left a big dent in the panel! So I panic and thoughts of having to replace the rear panel and repaint float through my head...you guys know how it is, that first look at a dent in the car looks like it's 2 feet wide and jumping out at you. I calm down and figure I'll have to take it to the bodyshop to get an opinion. Well, as some of you have seen, John made a post about a month ago to say that he was in the area and offered paintless dent removal services. I contact him and figure out that I can't meet up with him for a couple weeks. Fast forward to today after our weekly cars and coffee meet and he's at my house per our discussion last night. A couple hours later, my car is dent free!
We often see complaints about people who service our cars and what not so I'm making a completely opposite post this time. If you guys have a dent or ding on your babies don't be afraid to give John a call. Completely professional and thoroughly knowledgeable and very very patient! He not only got the dent out patiently and completely answering my questions, he went above and beyond when he noticed another slight ding and got it out without tacking on to the bill which was very reasonable to begin with. ($75 for what turned out to be a roughly 6" ding/dent and he traveled all the way from Northeast Philly to my house in Delaware.) OK, it's a long rant so to sum it up, if you guys have any dings on your cars, go ahead and give John a call. Thanks John, my baby's 100% again! (www.johnnydents.com and I believe JohnnyDents is his SN here.) Alex |
