LIME TREES DINNER MENU

Starters

A) Freshly made Soup of the Day

B) Skewered tiger prawns
marinated in ginger, garlic and chilli

C) Roasted aubergine and Mediterranean tower
filled tartlet with red onion chutney

D) Avocado and prawn saladette
with Marie-rose

E) Tomato and basil brucurtia
with a capsicum mascarpone

F) Mango, chilli mousse
with a pawpaw and redcurrant salsa

Mains


H) Steamed fillets of Pollock
with spring onion, ginger and lemon served with soy sauce

J) Char-grilled breast of chicken
with a spiced vegetables and noodle salad

K) Pan-fried fillet steak
creamed potato with wild mushrooms and porcini sauce (supplement of £4.00)

L) Rack of spring lamb cooked pink
and served with buttered peas and broad beans

M) Pork chop
coated with crushed black pepper served with peppercorns,
brandy, cream and mozzarella

N) Grilled sirloin steak
with grilled tomato, sauté mushrooms and hand cut chips (supplement of £2,00)

P) Macaroni
with cream, garlic and parmesan cheese

Our main courses are served with a selection of
fresh vegetables and new potatoes

Desserts

R) Rhubarb and ricotta cheesecake
with vanilla ice cream

S) Poached pear
in ginger wine

T) Selections of cheese
with savoury biscuits and red onion marmalade

U) Raspberry and strawberry mousse
with balsamic syrup

V) Caramelized pineapple tart
with chocolate ice cream

W) Tia Maria
butterscotch and banana trifle

X) Selection of ice cream

I have negotiated a reduced rate of £40 lump sum, for the use of the "in-house" karaoke machine, however if we decide not to bother, no fee is payable.

Looks great Dave - thanks for all your sterling effort

Any chance of knowing what the soup will be ?

Did they offer kids alternatives last time for Russ - or could you ask about the possibility of, please. James is not quite into gourmet food the way his old man is

hi kev, within reason, we may decide on the soup of the day ourselves.
(ie if you prefer soup, please include you preferred variety).
they will do chicken, or fish etc., with chips for the bairns.
