Kenny roberts
Went to Kenny's home page: http://www.teamkr.com/
At the bottom right of that page is something called Roberts Chronicles #3. It describes his first road race, and how he continued racing past the flag, because of this guy on a production bike. He doesn't say it, but he lost that race, to a Honda CB750 (not a street bike, although it was set up as a production bike, with high bars and all), with me on board, Interesting read. Anyone else with a good story about racing? Art |

Got a few....
![]() some on the salt. Some on the track... some from my Dad, pictured center above. He raced in the late 40's in SoCal, with the likes of Roger Ward, Tex McAllister, Kenny & Wally Parks, Ed Isky.... all of the SoCal Hot Rod scene. We went down to racers reunion years ago, only to have Dad introduce me to several of the these racers. Roger Ward pointed at my Dad and said... "He was one fast SOB...", got to hear great stories from Kenny Parks about riding with Dad around South Gate in an A-Bone Hot Rod with the body not bolted on, looking for a race... great stuff.
