Wasn't it MMYY? So e.g. May next year would be 0507. I had no issues with it.

If the weather tomorrow is anything like today, it should be a great event!

Just realized this will be the fifth time I had my car at that show. Time to dig out some "old" pics. :)

yes it is open to the public. but unlike oak street, you can actually walk around the cars. it's less of a trophy event, but cool none the less.

    see you there.

Would be hard to make this a "closed" event in the midst of downtown. :)

No worries, just step by around noon. Open to the public, no entrance fee and (different from Oakstreet) no fences, so you can get "up close and personal" with the cars. Only the lunch at the Italian Village is restricted to FCA members.

yeah I noticed in the pic's above that there were no fences, which would make for better picture taking for someone who would otherwise have to stand outside the fence. Also, should I show up around 8am if I would like to see the cars driving in? The best part of the oakstreet event for me was seeing and hearing the cars drive down the street. Love hearing the echo off the tall buildings in the city:)
all who are driving in be sure to give a good rev as you come down the street and Ill throw you the thumbs up.

That's Gerry Lockhart's car; he's had it on all of the cars he's owned.

    Remember his yellow 360 Spyder?

He even has it tattooed on his ass (ummm, no questions about that one please)!!!

The first time I saw it on one of his cars was years ago, on his RR. That's why I had it printed in the fine line of my Roller, though it's done very discreetly.

As Gerry once said, "I never knew there was so much money in dirt!"

Events like these have a better chance of being aired in the earlier news. Bigger things might happen by 10pm. Anyway, here all the cuts from the ABC 5pm news:

PS: I never found the CLTV report. Don't even know what station that would be.

This event is all about the kids of Children's Memorial Hospital and their parents. This has allways been a really worthwhile event. It's great to see them forget their problems, smile and at least enjoy the cars, even if it is for only a few hours.

David ...Is Jr. practicing driving the Boxer for his High School prom night?

    Enjoy the pics,
    Dave
