Post your pictures from the event! I will get things started...before they've really even started! Here's the 599 Panamerica cars which rolled through today on their 20,000 mile journey across the continent! Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Is there any way for spectators to follow the escorted group up to the track? If so, should one be waiting at Windsor Court to follow? Thanks
A few co-workers and I are going down to the Windsor Court at lunch to watch the unloading/arrival. Unfortunately I can't take off from work tomorrow for the track event but I plan to be at the Windsor Court Friday morning to watch'em depart.
My transporter will be there hauling Johns Karr's 430 and Stradale but not me, business has me pinned down this year! You guys have fun, its a great event! Chris Parr
That portion of the event is strictly for attendees. You can meet us at the track at 9:30 for the track event, though! I just saw John at the hotel a few minutes ago. Sorry you couldn't make it this year, it would have been great to see you. Maybe next year?
Take lots of pictures guys. I wanted to go to the show on Royal saturday but once again I'm stuck doing something else.
Spotted the whole French Quarter Classic trail of F-cars and friends traveling down Poydras for their journey to No Problem Raceway. I was 31 floors up on an office tower balcony, quite the sight and sound! See you Saturday with camera in hand.

Wow, you uploaded those pictures FAST! I was the clown out there in the blue jacket with a large Cavallino on it. Holler at me if you bump into me!
nice pics chip, alot of ours are similar so i wont post mine, but i did get a short clip of i think it was Franco, doing donuts on the grid then taking off down the track, Sorry no sound. http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v255/Triggs85/FFQC%2006/?action=view¤t=DSCF1291.flv
I was able to make it out to Royal street today. Lots of nice cars, I really liked the Porsche CGT. Saw a red TR crossing decatur. The best was getting to hear the champagne colored 612 that was on Carrollton. Had a couple of celeb sightings as well, I saw Carbon standing on a corner and Dustin from DTM and the Mischief videos sitting on a wall.
As John said, I wish I had seen you! Dustin and Brian are down here as part of my crew shooting video and photos.
Here's a small sample of mine from NPR & Royal Street. I'll upload more to my sites in the next day or so. It takes a little while to go through 2000 photos. It would have been nice to see you guys too. I was there about 1:15-1:30. How many cars were down here that weren't in the Royal Street show?
How about some moving photos? I was there most of the day on track day. I have an old camera and not-so-steady hands, so forgive me. http://wwl.radiotown.com/audio/video/F40%20mix_0003.wmv - in WMV format, 60MBs, ~15 minutes long I made a mini F40 video mostly in tribute to my wild ride in Wes's F40. (A big thank you to Wes for the fastest ride of my life!) It contains video of both F40's attending, but I hope I've got mostly Wes's. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rVl40Aghesk
Here's a couple of my pics from the track day. And a huge thanks to Wes for the amazing ride in the F40!
