Hmm, love the lambo, but the original e type coupe is also a hi water mark in post-war auto body design. (Pics from Doc's jaguar site- this car was sold, though)

Thanks Paul. Empty out the archives...dont worry we can take it!
BTW, I remember the white SV in London when owned by a fellow named Charlie Chong (hence the "CCC 1" plate). Cool shot, Thanks for sharing.

Interesting fact.... i have NEVER sat in another car that had such a comfortable seat.
Yes, thats a comfortable seat....the Countach on the other hand suggested that humans had evolved into monkeys with rubber spines....

"1006" FINDS A NEW HOME..

As we speak, yours truly is putting the finishing touches to a transaction that involves 1006 going to a UK enthusiast. Having remained in its Califonia hiding place for 25 years, this 1967 P400 which is the First Production P400 will be completely restored back to its original Giallo Verde glory.

...AMORE...

"0706" is a genuine prototype with 'trapdoor roof', here shown at the Paris Salon in 1967. The Marriott Hotels family have her in the USA today, having looked after her from....1967!

THANKS for posting Andy! You can clearly see the 'trap-door' on the roof in the top image.

Joe,
Did Halibrand make the Miura wheels? They are just about the best looking stock wheels on the planet from any era.

Btw., was today in Modena with AUTO SPORT to supervise the resto of a Maserati race cars of the 50ies.
They had 3 Miuras there for restoration. Unfortunately both cars were in pure metal and I coudn`t see their VIN`s nor their original colors.! But will find out late in February when I have my next appointment there!

Ciao!

Photos from Concorso 2006

Much of the beauty of the Miura comes from its details. With that said here are some detail images I captured at Concorso this year. Sorry Joe but for me the Blue SV was the Miura of the show (except for the tires of course)
