    It seems like most of the Series II cars I have seen pictures of have the horizontal grill pieces sloping slightly downward at the ends. This includes my own car.

    I was a little surprised to see the SILVER Series II car in this brochure I just got. It has a grill that slopes slightly upward toward the ends.

    I think you are seeing lens curvature....photo distortion...

    The grill bars are horizontal but curved when viewed from above....


    Trick of the camera IMO..........

    But as an optomist I vote HAPPY! LOL!

    Mine is sad. The grill is what holds up the lower edge of the front fascia. There are 6 attachment points on the grill. Two on top and four on the bottom. The outer two pull the grill down on each end.

    I love the look of the driving lights behind the grill ( Euro versions ) I will install a pair like that to augment the poor lighting, flash to pass etc.. instead of modifying the harness to accept higher wattage headlights.
