Funny to see those pictures of #1120001, it looks really the same like when I found this car in 2000 in Switzerland.

btw, I fixed (closed) the window of the red qv of emilio.

My car is also fixed again, the fender looks nicer than before. I had the antenna removed and fix also the crack in the fender at the edge of the air scoop.

I think that the photos were taken by Mel Nichols on the way back from the Monaco unveiling - the stationary one is at the border back into Italy.

Glad you got that fixed Raymond. I hated seeing that happen.... by the way the Countach I was driving that day was acquaplaning in the wet at 120mph..... not very confidence inspiring!!

On Friday the conditions were really bad that's why I didn't join the tea time and stayed at the hotel instead.

Are you sure you did 120mph or more 120kmh...

LP-400

Joe,
Wouldn't it have been proper protocol or perhaps a courtest to check with Clayton B before you posted pictures of his car?

Are you sure I havent already? LOL.
At any rate, I know Clayton fairly well and somebody sent me these images of the car from a public forum taken of it displayed at a public show. Ill ask him if he has any objection, OK?

I just spoke to him as I know him also and he doesn't seem to object. He was just surprised.
It's a magnificent car and probably one of the best LP400's out there.

LOL. I also just spoke to him not 3 mins ago. Loves his car, loved bringing it to Concorso and loves that its out there. He wasnt surprised at all that images were taken of it and posted because he was at a PUBLIC show. Yes its one of the best, and I appraised him that I thought it was very valuable indeed...

left hand drive, amazingly original, red, full history - it certainly is a piece of Lamborghini history.
Clayton is a gentleman and a very knowledgeable collector.

Now you have to have permission to post pictures of cars shown in public? Next time I have my car in public and someone takes a picture I'll sick my attorney on 'em to make sure they don't post it. The times they are a loopy.
