Hey gang, The mechanic from North Hollywood has appealed Superior Court, the judgement in small claims court which was rendered in my favor. I will be notified by mail as to when the court date will be set. Now we go to an upper level - Superior Court, with lawyers, witnesses and evidence---all that fun stuff!! Any of you folks who have an interest in what the ultimate outcome will be, as regards the atrocious manner in which many of us and our Ferraris have been treated------well, this will be your opportunity to come and view and possibly partake in these court proceedings. I'm no "drama queen", but when I say his mistakes could have destroyed my Ferrari and could have killed me, I'm not telling a fairy tale. It's a pain in the a$$ but I refuse to sweep this issue under a rug of discomfort. He needs to be addressed in a court of law - and I will not walk away and hide. I would certainly welcome testimony from any of you who have been harmed professionally by him in the past, but never had the opportunity to speak out. This upcoming window will soon open for all of us. Cheers (and I mean that), Hank
Keep us informed. Im very interested in these subjects. I have some stories even some recent Ferrari related ones..
I guess he could neither see the truth nor step up to the plate. He's now trying to save his sinking ship. It ain't gonna happen. Let me know the court date, and I'll be there to give you any support I can. (And then we'll go have some wine. )
Oh, right, Kevrok Hazerian of "Fine Auto Service, Inc". Looks like my lawyer also has other cases pending against him.
+1 See if you can "combine" cases......or sight other pending cases.........sort of like a "class action lawsuit" against him
If you want to run with Ferraris on track PM me. I know how to bypass him and the FCA. He and the FCA do nothing to set-up and organize thier two trackdays at willow springs. We have a great time on track. The drivers are very nice. Basically, no car damage and you get to drive fast. We are always looking to get more Ferraris on track.
Hank, Kudo's to you for pursuing this....many of these guys continue to get away with their antics entirely because most people won't take the time or go through the trouble of making an issue of it. I know it's a pain, but you're doing many good people a service by following through on this. Instead of just being a speed-bump on his path, you'll hopefully be the block wall that disables him!!!!! I know all too well what it's like to have someone maliciously & carelessly treat you wrong and then get away with it. Just know that while you sit here with a quasi-satisfied sense that justice is working in your favor....this guy is nervously stressed with the gears of justice churning in his path, he can't be sleeping well....so keep up the effort and you go get 'em!!!
Ahhh...but Dave, you know how they're serving Triple-Fudge-Felony and I can't resist those kind of calories! Good work on the TKD!!!!!!!!! Aw crud, highjacked the thread.... YOU GET 'EM HANK!!!!!!!
Well guys, since I really could have ended up a mere footnote on the last page of the Cal section in the LA Times, with "the mechanic" muttering in relief "gee, too bad", I refuse to be the speed bump-----------better, the "wall". Proceedings in my case against Kevork are now scheduled for Feb 13, 2008, in DIVISION NWA of the VAN NUYS COURTHOUSE, EAST BUILDING, 5th FLOOR, 6230 SYLMAR ST. in VAN NUYS. Come one, come all---------------be there for the final act. Cheers - yet seriously, Hank PS - Now if Kevork would send that cashier's check for $3965.00 to cover the cost of a replacement used fuel tank and the installation, neither of us would have to go thru this. Ah, but then-----I know better...........
We can only hope Kevork would be wise enough to realize this......not to mention savings his credit report, the Better Business Bureau report and all the other inevitable wraith to follow. I'd wish ya good luck Hank, but I really don't think you'll need it.
