I had a great day at Palm Beach Super Car, and was not able to go to Cavallino. I heard both where amazing. It started off in the morning at coral gables when we meet with some lambos for the caravan to PBSC. Thanks Mauricio, I had a great ride with you in the 360. Great seeing many of you again, Ron nice seeing you and thanks for the awesome T-shirt, fits perfectly by the way. My favorite car that was there had to be the P4/5, amazing piece of design and engineering. My recently created blog is up, its www.automotionphoto.blogspot.com eventually all the photos from the events will be up. I will try and get them on as soon as I post them here on Fchat. And also I will make a video, in the next few days.

I was a little disapointed, there was no F50 at either show that I saw. And half the show at Cavallino was in the parking lot. Two Enzos, MC12, McLaren, and a Miura...

Jasen, always great to see you. You are a true artist, I can only imagine how incredible your work will be in 10 years. Glad I could introduce you to the owner of P 4/5. It will be back in 2008, along with I believe P 3/4, and I hope the Pininfarina Dino Competizione, which would be the most significant car of any that landed in Palm Beach County this weekend.

my GF took over 100 photos which ALL came out amazing.... So disappointed that the videos she took, including 15 minutes of our sicko drive up 95 before being pulled over HAS NO SOUND! Argh, the sounds were amazing at 150-180mph.
Anyway, I will post some as we go but the very first pic she took was Gino in his 05 F430... GREAT pic, I'm sure Gino will love this one!

That McLaren F1 came to PBSCW at what time, I saw no F1 although I really wanted to see it, I must have just missed it, also no F50 too, maybe next year. There was also a silver spyker ripping it all over West Palm, he gave me a nice fat burnout on video, cant wait to show it too you guys. Todd: I got some nice shots of your car, I will post in a few minutes, and your F430 sounded great when it flew by, i also have video of that :) And will be posting other members cars I saw today too.

Jasen, the McLaren F1 showed up very late, maybe after 1:30. A few other cars also showed up late.

There are only 50-55 F50's in the USA. I believe there are about four of them in south Florida, one of them crossing the 17th Street Causeway in Ft Lauderdale this past Wednesday late afternoon. I "brokered" the sale of one today.

I do not recall seeing an F50 at the Concorso Italiano a year ago in Pebble Beach, over 1000 cars at that event, so do not be too disappointed at not seeing an F50 locally.

One of the F50's was on track Thursday & Friday.

What an absolutely wonderful weekend. THANK YOU to all the Fchatters who introduced themselves -- it was nice to finally put faces to all your names (and product orders!).

I agree, the Cavallino parking lot was astounding. Paul Hill and I were in a state of amazement. Only at Cavallino can a 599 be considered "average". When an Enzo parks next to a M-F1, with a Muria SV two spaces down, it's pretty wild.

If I could take just ONE car home, it'd be one of the two 288's.

If I could take just TWO cars home, they'd be one of the 288's and the yellow 246 GTS.

If I could take just THREE cars home, they'd be one of the 288's, the yellow 246 GTS, and the black Cali spider.

PBSCW was very impressive. Kudos to John for a great event. I could tell there were lots of silicone fillers on those shapely bodies (and I don't mean car bodies) ;)

    Wow.

Daniel, I heard on the news tonight that Flagler Drive in West Palm is thought to have settled over one inch due to the massive amounts of silicone weighing down the pavement. No estimate yet on cost to repair.

Yes. The color of that Scuderia was unique. It looks orangey in bright light and deep red in the shade. Very interesting.
