Some questions regarding the infamous Enzo that was crashed on the Pacific Coast Highway a couple years ago...

    1) Where is the car now?
    2) Has it been rebuilt? If so, who owns it?
    2) Can anyone confirm the serial number for this car?

    Thanks!

    Not sure.

I heard it was rebuilt, but don't know with any certainty; if it was, I don't know who owns it.

Serial number is 135564; the serial number of the other one Eriksson had - the black one - is 137331.

Now would the car be discounted for its wrecked history, or does it command a premium for being arguably the most famous/infamous Enzo in the world?

If it is indeed rebuilt from the wreck, then it will most likely be sold for less than other Enzos on the market at the time. If a new one is given the serial number from the wrecked one, then it would at least sell for others on the market at that time - but perhaps for more, since it's "brand new". If Reagan shot Hinkley in the car and then fled from authorities in it, the wreckage might command more of a premium than other, non-wrecked Enzos on the market. Outside of that kind of infamy, I don't see a wrecked Enzo fetching infamy money.

Does anyone have the serial number? If so, we could run a Carfax and see what shows. I doubt it would pick anything up, as I believe the car was still registered outside the US. But would still be interesting to see if it picks up anything...
