Love the bike! Don't see many in orange, nice change from the lime green though. I just got myself a new Ninja too...except its only the 250 since I'm on my R-E's for a while longer yet.
how are you finding the new ninja mate? must try get a spin on one. i got into it well before they launched and went for the GPX. great little learner bike. assume the power etc of the ninja will be the same but the riding position/handling may be quite different
Love it! Craving for more power already (mainly on the freeway), but around the suburbs at lower speeds its a great little bike. Other than the skinny tyres its hard to tell that its only a 250, pretty big bike with similar looks to the bigger Ninjas....and yeah the riding position is more sport orientated I would say. Haven't ridden a GPX so can't really compare. But yeah both are good bikes to learn on from all accounts, should set us up nicely for that white 848 in 10 months time. Image Unavailable, Please Login
priced up a muzzy system/K&N pod/dyno tune. around $1100 all told, importing the pipe from USA would sound much better, give a bit more power and probably improve pick up/breathability but couldnt justify it on a cheap short term learner bike. save the pennies for the 848

had a ninja, couldn't get the then girlfriend now wife on the back, sold the bike, maybe should of sold the ....?

Haha. I don't want or need the girlfriend on the back to be honest, happy to go riding on my own. Long as she doesn't kick up a stink about me owning it (which she hasn't, yet) then I'm fine.
