A good design looks great in any color
...doesn't it?
![]() Looking at the press pictures of the Ferrari 458, I thought this is so bright red, let's play with the hue/saturation a bit ![]() So I made some traditional and current Ferrari colors, of course it's impossible to get these all matched 100%, but they give a nice indication how this 458 will look in any combination. I personally really like Giallo, all the red lights match great with it. What do you think? If you feel a color is missing or want to see how a special color looks like not seen here, just ask (preferably with a linked picture of the color)

You're right: A good design does look good in any color! It's like a good song played acoustically. Works well however way you produce it...
Interestingly, I even like the green and the light/gulf blue, not typically my favorite colors on a Ferrari. The options for this car are really limitless given its lines. BIG thanks for posting these! |

Fantastic Job on the P-Shops.
Should become a sticky because it will be viewed that much. Looks great in most of the colors. Especially the darker blue and Blue/silver. Robb |

Great work, thanks for posting!
Very helpful, if you're undecided which colour to get. But anyway, this car looks good in almost every colour.

Not a big fan of green and brown either, bit of an old people color really ![]() But that said I tried Marrone (red/brownish, attached to this post). Quote:

I would like to see it in orange and lime green, see how it stacks up to the lambos. And you are right it does look good in any color, love it.

The Marrone Rosso color really grabs the heart here -- That's a beautiful vintage shade with all kinds of history. I'd love to see a few different blues and silvers and reds with black/charcoal wheels. That's a popular combo now and I'm sure it'll up the outrageousness nicely!

The lighter colours really show off the complex surfacing - particularly on the side profile which looks awesome! Dark colours like black just seem to wash out the details and make the car look less sophisticated.
