Very sad sight

This accident took place here in the UK yesterday. From what I've read the witness thought that the driver was a young guy in his 20's. He had just fueled the car at a gas station and was joining a dual carriageway at a roundabout. It looks like he may have accelerated too fast on a wet road surface and lost the back end which caused the front end to slam into some armco barriers.

Yesterday must have been a bad day for sports cars. I heard a couple
of Enzos were wrecked yesterday too. If you are in a car without traction
control, then why would try to drive aggressively in the rain? Stupid, IF that is in
fact what happened.

If you drive um ,,, you ding um. Cars are meant to be driven. Even in the rain. Got to slow down in wet weather!

If that's how you describe a "ding", remind not to bid on any of your cars

Unfortunate but far from tragic. This might be an opportunity for some long overdue work. The car may emerge better than before.

If a "roundabout" was involved I'm not surprised. Those ill-conceived traffic hazards are becoming a favorite with urban planners here. Just give me a plain, old, intersection.

Too bad, though it could have been worse. Accidents happen. The owner is OK (interesting to note that he's in his 20's!) and the car is repairable. Fair play to him for driving it.

Wonder what the other side looks like, if this side is just a "ding". At least no one got hurt.
