    IMO,

Fiat Dino buttom, MOMO type,, real... still available. $ 35.00 usa

Ferrari Shield,,, MOMO, never seen it. $ ?????

    For example,
I got a Brand New MOMO horn button, $ 38.00
Ferrari Correct Real. And modified it to fit my 1981 "Personal" wheel, stamped Ferrari.

And, I have A Correct, very rare, Ferrari "Personal Horn Button." in Box on Shelf, for car shows only... $ 100.00 usa

    Love this Ferrari stuff,
the devil is in the details.

The Dino Section down the page here would be interested in that one.

As noted the second one is not "real"......

Unbelievable! I paid $50 for mine a year ago or so. $350 is crack pipe price and I would hope that nobody on this forum pays that much for it. !

A couple of things to get straight, the Ferrari horn button isn't real or original.

The Dino horn button needs additional photo's before I can say. From the first glance, it looks good with the Dino center and metallic ring. However, the outer black part doesn't look 100% right, but could be a photo issue.

The Ferrparts.com Dino button isn't original either. If you want true feedback, post better photo's of the front and the back on this forum.

The $350 ebay horn button is VERY optimistic which is shown by it still being available.

For me to spend that type of money, I want to know that what I am getting is original and in perfect condition, even with that, that is still ALL the money for a horn button

i'm pretty sure that the dino button is original. the photo doesn't do it any justice.
    anyway, thanks for your input!

The OP noted the Ferrari horn button had "patina". Doesn't that add about 200%? ;)

    thanks for all your inputs!
if i may just air one thing that irks me...to those of you that come up with ridiculous offers of 50 cents or a dollar or...:
i posted my inquiry to seek help in pricing the horn buttons and not seek for offers...
if you don't have anything good to say, pls. just shut up! comments like yours start arguments which ultimately discourages other people from posting inquiries or even posting items for sale in this forum. there is such thing as a constructive critism...yours ridicule!
you're better off posting your comments in the joke section, perhaps?

Being new to our forum, we have NO IDEA if you got these parts after sitting chatting with Enzo Ferrari, himself.....

Or if you just came from Communist China and have hundreds of teenaged girls chained to the wall, cranking them out...while in between porno films.

So THAT is the reason, for the spread between .50USD and $350USD...

There's a huge collection of KNOWN items on eBay right now, to get an idea....we know the guy, we know he's dead, we trust "his stuff".

YOU didn't help matters, posting the flea market version of the Ferrari "shield' button, there has NEVER been a steering wheel button designed that way, from 1942 thru 2010.

    HTH.

There are some real wise azzes on here, but the are real wise Tifosi, as well.

    Cheers!

It's a violation of our rules, to start threads selling things, we have a For Sale section in FerrariAds.com, (blue tool bar)..it's FREE to use, if you join the website for $15USD..

Your inquiries are tolerated in the other Sections, as inquiries, as you are new and we will try to help....we 'discuss' values all the time as long as no 'deals' are made....ahem.

    Kindest Regards,
    Alan

pls. read the post i started...i was inquiring on the prices of the buttons so i can price them accordingly and get honest feedbacks. i was asking for ASSISTANCE! i did not indicate that they are for sale NOW or did i?

i have no idea how i came about owning the other ferrari shield horn button since it's been years that i've been around such cars. since you say it's a fake, again, thank you for the info.

all i ask is for some of you guys not crucify me for owning a fake horn button, hence the reason for my inquiry to start with. since when was it a criminal act to own such? i didn't intend to mislead anyone? i didn't claim it to be a real mccoy.

i was not even aware i owned one until i discovered the buttons in my warehouse. it may have been on one of my cars i bought yrs. and yrs. back.

again, thanks for all your inputs. i hope this thread has ended...

I don't think anyone intended to be mean...

    I know I didn't and I'm not taking you to task now....okay?

The items you found have a 'best use' of being returned to an active car, IMO.
So I hope that is what happens.

Some others were having fun at your expense and I do not agree with that.

They don't even own Dinos and should have remained "out of it"......now tx246, he has about SEVEN Dinos and might offer something on your button.

    Good luck in any event.

The Superleggeria emblem, from Touring is really special,...what car did that come from?
There's a Vintage Section here that would be interested in that.

    Sorry,

Some of us that just own Ferraris to drive and enjoy are probably too touchy about questions about 'value".......

That's the reason your posts upon 'coming in the door' so to speak hit a nerve, most likely.
I agree it was certainly an innocent enough question.

Like anything in the world, it's 'worth' what you can get for it, but it's worth MORE to the few people that might really need it.

    Is that a good explanation???
    Cheers!!

If it were just the button I would say yea, you got ridden a little hard but still... it does look fake to me and you seem unwilling to post other photos of it.

Also, with more than one thread asking about values of items that may or may not be fake, yea... you look like a seller to us.
