Anybody seen the light blue ~79 308 GTB lately? I haven't seen it in a few months now, and I'm wondering if it's been sold or the owner has moved out of the Park Cities area.

For reference, this car has been referred to as the "ratty 308" on here before. It's the one that has been backed into a small pole and has a euro front fascia that's been scrubbed off by a curb or dip in the road. Kinda miss seeing and hearing it. :(

I used to live about a block away from that guy. I've since moved to Plano.
James Patterson lives in that neighborhood. He would know if it's still around. The owner is/was a customer I think.

Well, he used to live in a house (I think it was a duplex) 3 blocks from me, and then he apparently moved to a small apartment complex basically right on the tollway, which was a little further from me (maybe 5 blocks). Other than seeing the car parked there when I would drive by, I'd never really see it anymore. And being that it's an apartment complex, I have no idea which unit is his.

I used to see that car quite a bit over by Medical City (Churchill and Merit Drive area). Have not see it in quite some time.

Those are the last pics I ever took of the car as far as I know. I have some old ones from my old phone too. Here they are:

The car is still absolutely gorgeous to me, despite the damage. The unusual exhaust and rear bumper are a lot cooler than most 308s and the side mirror looks great. I wish I knew what happened to it or where it went. I don't remember what the owner looked like, just that he smoked cigars. I think?

Wouldn't someone at Norwoods or Ferrari of Dallas have to recognize the car? I'd imagine it would still require service.
