Zahir (2nastie) emailed me this, and I thought id share.

After 9 months of separation my baby is finally home. I know some of you think I am crazy to do this extreme makeover project but I love it. 830 BHP dyno tuned. Capable of 390 KPH but only managed 376 kph on track...Too much down force Took Allisun for a ride to Bragg Creek and she will not drive in it anymore. Too fast for her

I wish he would take all those stipes and other paint. It makes it looks so vulgar. I kinda like what he is doing with the engine and mechanical aspects though.

Nuts. Looks like it should be flying. But in a cool way.

Not gung ho on every aspect, but it sure as hell is unique and won't go missing. Great car.

I went for a drive in my Spyker C8 spyder with Zahir in his EDO FXX last week. We drove for about an hour and I got to really see how powerful this car is. It is VERY fast! It looked like it might even take a twin turbo Gallardo in a straight line. The other thing is how loud it is, with my top down I could barley have a conversation with the Enzo in front of me and when he put the throttle down it is insane.

It should be interresting to know the full specs of such car, a good alternative perhaps to 599 gto for nice performance. What about the total bill for such modification?

I'm curious to compare that with the street legal FXX that edo converted. Does anyone know the extent of the modifications done to this car? I wonder how it will compete with the MM Ezno project in the works.

The car is very impressive, but all the graphics and stripes make it look too much like a marketing piece than a personal car.

I remember reading 'about half the cost of a new Enzo'. I can only Imagine this for list price when new, so my guess is around 200K Euro. No way anyone in his right mind would pay 500K (at the time Enzo's where still trading for around a million Euro), as one could bring it to any good racing shop to do it for much cheaper and same quality.

I doubt it, unless by leasing its meant that he got the car financed and pays for it monthly, which could be a possibility.

i really don't like the air intake system in this car. that yellow air box with the FOUR 90* elbows and then those two stock throttle bodies still in place just make it look like they were afraid to go into it any further. at this point if they committed to modifying to this extent, they should have went further and made a true f1 style intake system.

i know i know, the shop knows what they are doing and the car still retains the variable intake runners and it very possibly even makes so much more power. How hard at that point could it have been to take that upper carbon half off of that intake and fabricate something right on there true f1 style with a filter element and individual throttle bodies underneath. A task i agree but nothing impossible.

I agree with everyone regarding the aesthetics. The car would look 100% better with no black trim and different wheels. I'm sure it's a monster! :)
