I've seen better Photo's and it's really pretty cool: http://www.italiaspeed.com/2010/cars/lancia/07/stratos/0308.html
I wonder if the new version is as much of a nightmare to work on as the original? Nothing tests your fitness as much as changing the master cylinder on one of these things. Gerrit http://dino308gt4.com Have you hugged your car today?
Jim- Looks very true to the original. Any idea of what engine is back there? From the size of the wheels and tires, it must put out some hp. Maybe the corporate 90 deg crank V8 like in the Alfa 8C? Taz Terry Phillips

I saw it in person a while ago, and I liked it very much. Hope it won't disappear like the "modern Superamerica" did.
I have heard what engine will be in the new Stratos and I think everyone will be happy! My lips are sealed.
More information, and a connection to Jason Castriota..Interesting stuff! http://www.italiaspeed.com/2010/cars/lancia/08/stratos/0908.html
So is this going to be a production car or a one-off? Bit confused after reading this article: http://www.worldcarfans.com/110080927836/lancia-stratos-revival-prototype-linked-to-the-sultan-of I'm also assuming it has nothing to do with the Sultan?
C&D says "limited production": http://blog.caranddriver.com/lancia-stratos-revival-new-photo-lots-of-confirmed-info-links-to-pininfarina-and-bertone/

Good looking retro car. I hope they do produce it. Lancia deserves better than FIAT has been giving it in the last 15 years!! I think they tried to turn Lancia into the Buick of Italy a few years after they bought Alfa. Now its Alfa's turn to finally get ruined by FIAT once and for all. We will see. TT
